Delegate Pushkin moves to amend HB4654 on page 1, Section 3, line 14 by striking out the word "or" and, on line 16, by striking out the period, inserting a semi-colon, and the following: "or

(e) A professional person as defined in §18A-1-1 of this code, in the presentation of local or state approved curriculum."
